An honest read on your floor, from someone who's fitted thousands.

T&S Floor Reports gives homeowners, buyers and solicitors a straight, independent opinion on flooring installation problems — backed by 15+ years as a professional fitter, not a sales interest.

Why "independent" matters

The company who fitted your floor — or sold it to you — has a reason to tell you it's fine. I don't sell flooring, I don't fit it, and I have no relationship with the people you're asking about. My only job is to tell you what's actually there.

That's the difference between a shop's opinion and a report you can actually rely on — whether that's for peace of mind, a dispute, or an insurance claim.

About

I'm Thomas Todd. I spent over 15 years as a professional carpet and flooring fitter before a spine injury ended my time on the tools. I still know exactly what a good job looks like — and exactly what corners get cut.

Now I put that experience to work for people who need an honest answer, not a sales pitch.
